Refund & Returns Policy – SYD Peptides

Due to the specialised and sensitive nature of research chemicals, SYD Peptides maintains a strict no-returns policy except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. No Change-of-Mind Returns
SYD Peptides does not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect product selection

Misunderstanding of product use

Improper storage after delivery
-
Improper handling or reconstitution
-
Regulatory issues in the purchaser’s jurisdiction
All sales are considered final once dispatched.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:

Damaged during transit, or
-
Incorrect due to our error
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email, including:

Order number
-
Clear photographs of the item
-
Photographs of packaging
Failure to notify within this timeframe may void eligibility for assessment.
At our discretion, we may offer:

Replacement product
-
Store credit
-
Refund (where required by law)
3. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy if a product:

Has a major failure

Is significantly different from its description
-
Is unsafe
-
Is not of acceptable quality
Where a remedy is required under law, SYD Peptides will comply with its obligations.
However, misuse, improper handling, or use outside intended research purposes does not constitute a product failure.
4. Non-Returnable Products
For safety and compliance reasons:

Opened products cannot be returned

Products that have been reconstituted cannot be returned

Products with broken seals cannot be returned

Temperature-sensitive products cannot be returned
We cannot resell returned research chemicals under any circumstances.
5. Shipping & Risk Transfer
Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch.
SYD Peptides is not responsible for:

Delays caused by couriers

Lost parcels marked as delivered

Customs or regulatory seizure
-
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
6. Chargebacks & Fraud
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed.
SYD Peptides reserves the right to:

Submit evidence to financial institutions

Report suspected fraud
-
Ban customers from future purchases
