SYD Peptides dispatches all orders from Sydney Olympic Park, New South Wales 2127, Australia.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post or an equivalent express courier service.
We do not offer standard shipping.
Flat-rate express shipping fees apply as follows:

Orders are processed within 1 business day following confirmed payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Australia only.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where delivery is not feasible or where courier services are unavailable.

Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details at the time of purchase.
6. Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure availability for delivery where required.
7. Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to:

Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed or refused deliveries.
8. Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged:

Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
